The Mystery of Pan Am Flight 914
Aviation mysteries have been of great interest for many years. One such incident which grabbed the world’s attention is the mysterious case of Pan Am Flight 914.The case of missing flight 914 has driven lots of skeptics and historians crazy for many years. Even the people who believe in the concept of time travel also showed interest in Flight 914 Pan Am.While it was supposed to be a usual flight for every passenger boarded on that plane, it turned out to be the complete opposite.
What happened?
The Douglas DC-4 aircraft took off from New York City. After the flight took off it disappeared and was longer on the radars. Some theories say that suddenly 37 years later the flight out of nowhere appears on the radars of Caracas Airport in Venezuela and lands there. Some theories also say that after it landed in Caracas it immediately took off and later landed in Miami with passengers who hadn’t aged a day.
When?
The flight took off on 2nd July 1955 from NewYork City and landed on 9th September 1992.
Where?
The flight took off from the New York City Airport (now known as the John F Kennedy Airport) and was scheduled to land at Miami International Airport in Florida. But the aircraft had reappeared at the Simon Bolivar International Airport in Venezuela.
Who?
There were 57 passengers and 6 crew members on board.The aircraft was a Douglas DC-4, a four engine airliner.
